Calcium bentonites need soda-ash (sodium carbonate) treatment to force swelling. Çankırı sodium bentonite naturally carries sodium ions in its crystal interlayer, giving permanent thermal stability, a superior swelling index (310–340%), higher cation exchange capacity and natural white/silver-grey colour without synthetic additives.
Our Çankırı hub connects by road and freight corridors to four principal ports: Mersin (deep-sea hub for the Middle East, the Americas and Asia), Samsun (Black Sea), İzmir (Western European gateway) and Gemlik / İstanbul (Marmara container routes). 20 ft / 40 ft containers and bulk vessel charters are both accommodated.
AlphaZorb™ TR has a high cation exchange capacity (> 75 meq/100 g) and expanded smectite interlayer spacing. Its negative surface charge selectively adsorbs polar mycotoxins — aflatoxins B1, G1 and M1, fumonisins — and ammonium ions in the GI tract. Its selective pore sizing leaves essential vitamins, amino acids and micronutrients in the feed.
For custom-printed OEM packaging (4 L, 5 kg, 10 L or 10 kg bags and boxes) the minimum is one 20 ft container (about 24–26.5 MT depending on palletisation). Neutral unprinted packaging and 1,000 kg big bags can start with smaller trial orders. Custom scents, activated-carbon infusion and granulation from 0.5 to 2.4 mm are supported.
