AlphaKlay Global ("AlphaKlay", "we") is based in Mandvi, Kutch, Gujarat, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through alphaklay.com and the AlphaKlay client portal, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Website inquiries: your name, company, email, phone, country and message.
- Portal accounts: name, work email, phone (optional), your company, and a securely hashed password. We never see or store your password in readable form.
- Business records: quotations, shipments, invoices, payment references and the documents you or we upload (e.g. SWIFT copies, bills of lading).
- Security logs: sign-in sessions (IP address and browser type) and an audit log of changes made in the portal.
Why we use it
- To answer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- To perform our contracts with you: shipping, documentation, invoicing and payment verification.
- To keep accounts secure and prevent fraud.
We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. The website sets only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the portal.
Where it is stored
Data is stored with Cloudflare (database and file storage) and transactional emails are sent through Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their data-processing terms and may store it outside India.
How long we keep it
Business and shipping records are kept for as long as required by Indian tax and customs law. Inquiries that don't lead to business are deleted after 24 months. You can ask us to close your portal account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing support@alphaklay.com. We reply within 30 days.
